Musical Afternoon in the Templer Chapel

By 2:30 the Chapel had filled to capacity. Music lovers young and old, from the Altersheim and from the Country, they came to hear the classical recitals.  Peter Hornung, Master of Ceremony, introduced the performers and the items featured in the afternoon's program:

Hummel Fantasie, for Viola and Piano -- Beethoven "An die ferne Geliebte", Baritone and Piano -- Brahms Hungarian Dance, Viola and Piano -- Kreisler Praeludium and Allegro, Viola and Piano -- Brahms "Gestillte Sehnsucht", Baritone and Piano.

And after a short interval

Bach Cantata BWV 82 "Ich habe Genug", Baritone and Oboe and Piano and Oboe

tha afternoon concluded with a friendly and convivial Coffee Session and many reminiscences
